How do I speak to customer services?
If you have created an account you can log into your account here. You will be able to view your orders, print invoices and VAT receipts, arrange returns, track deliveries and change your details.
We are very sorry to hear that you are unsatisfied. We will make every effort to resolve your complaint within 28 days of receiving. Please email email@example.com
If you require a VAT invoice or receipt, please email customer services firstname.lastname@example.org & they will email you one ASAP.
Unfortunately we don’t have a shop or showroom. We aim to have all the information available to customers online to help with their purchase. If you need any assistance, don’t hesitate to contact customer services.

We do run marketing campaigns and offers from time to time which may have voucher codes. These will be specific and for the intended recipient. Eligibility can be found at check out or by contacting customer services.
Unfortunately we don’t have brochures. All our products are available to view online. We update all our products to make sure they are current and in line with the latest technology, so it wouldn’t be possible to keep a brochure up to date.
